The donut shop story is hilarious! I thought you portrayed particularly well how when a group of more than two is talking and one person is trying to tell a story (Wally) they have to be persistent and keep everyone else from going on tangents.
Thanks, Cole. I think that is typical of friend conversations, young or old. These guys are just old enough friends to rib each other. They are fun characters to write.

And fun characters to read!
Thanks.
I admire your endless invention. What a great imagination.
That means a lot, coming from you, John. You know I'm a fan of your fiction. Thanks.
The four old guys story was fun. I'm smiling! I loved Colors. You painted them well!
Thank you, Dascha. It's good to know I hit a double (I figured you would appreciate a sports analogy. 😉)
A donut story!! Lots of laughs at the donut shop. Thanks, Mark.
I can’t go too long without writing about donuts. It’s in my contract. 😉
Keep 'em coming!
Will do. Gotta make the donut stories.
Four Old Guys story — last line sold it
The final punchline. I made myself laugh with that one. 🙂
Thanks, Jack.
I love the one on colors!!!!!
Me, too. Especially, "Bananas make you wait until they turn yellow."
Thanks, Bill. I was a little unsure about including this one. I am glad you enjoyed it.
Thank you, Betsy. I appreciate it. 😀
