Thanks. I had no expectations when I started this newsletter. It seemed like a fun way to share my writing. But it has grown in scope and size. Hard to believe it has been almost a year.
Thanks for the laughs! Going to be passing on the grocery store story! I loved the excerpts of where the stories came from. History I may have made up.... Wonderful!
Never underestimate a squirrel's intelligence. They can be formidable foes. I've heard many stories about their aim when relieving themselves from an upper branch on unsuspecting recipients beneath them. There is a bull squirrel who thinks my back yard is it's own domain. It scolds me incessantly when I dare enter my own back yard.
Indeed. Squirrels are like weeds in my yard. They are everywhere. But most often underneath the bird feeder eating the seeds the picky birds throw on the ground. 🐿🙂
"That was a good synopsis of my childhood."
I hear you. 😐
🤣 You went outside to play, you got hurt, you brushed it off and kept playing. Childhood.
...and then got yelled at for losing your shoe.
Or ripping your shirt. Or tearing your jeans. 🤣
These stories are so good!
Thanks, Bill. That makes my heart happy. 🙂
Congrats on your 50th issue! :D I especially loved "Visage Livre". <3
Visage Livre is one of my favorites. 🙂

Thank you, Emily. I do not recommend walking into grocery stores. Use the door! 😉

much cuter than rats, though.
True. But not as cute as the rabbits.
Of course, rabbits have it all over the other rodents. No comparison.
So, so, so funny! Love starting my week with these!
Thanks, Cyn. I think we can all use more humor in our lives. 🙂
