I'm even later to the party...I like #4 the best. The photo implies the intent of the song. Btw...thanks for the info on DistroKid. I'm definitely going to make use of that resource.
I’m a little late to the party, but I like the first option. My view aligns pretty closely with what Cyn said above. It’s simple yet catches the eye. I like that it’s open for interpretation, too.
And…what exactly do you have against romance novel covers? Have you seen any of mine? I think I should be hurt or offended. I’ll let you know when I decide. Hopefully, my pepper spray won’t figure into the equation after I receive your response. What was your home address again?
I don't think any of these photos do a great job in representing your upbeat song. #1 would work if they were closer. Think it should be a couple in some action activity. Not kissing, he doesn't have her yet. Looking thru my PR eyes.
#4, but that’s the old romantic in me — I like the idea of the guy still pitching woo to his lady, two kids later, because she’s still worth it.
#5 is cute, and probably would get a better “worth a listen?” response from most guys and a decent proportion of women listeners (Deb says women like images of other women who are pretty but not “cover girl” pretty, because they can relate to them; who am I to argue?).
#1 & #2 are too vague; #3 looks like he already made her his (more women are won with a song + flowers than just a song... I have no data, of course, and I discovered early in my dating experience that “All women love flowers” comes with an “...unless they’re allergic!” clause — especially when you send the flowers to her office and she’s trapped with them all day 🫢).
I'd say #1, the care free days of young romance are evoked with this image.

I’m gonna go with one. It’s closest but not perfect. I’m sure you will find something. I’m so proud of you for doing what you love

Cover #4 is my favorite as well.
Cover #4.
It looks dramatic and catches attention.
I like five (5) your song is about making her yours that’s why I would choose five.
I like #4.
Definitely #1.
Number 4 fits with the song for me. I do like 1 and 5 aesthetically, though.

Surely #1
I'm between #1 and #5. The title is more visible on #1, so if I had to choose...

Definitely #1. The others either suggest you’re a female singer or that you wrote about love & family. None suit the song.
Did you sing?
