A Squeaky Morning - Make sure you still have your heart, Tin Man.
The Fantasy Printer - I’d love to have a printer like Fantasy.
Overpacker - If I don’t overpack for trips, I’m always worried I’ll forget to bring something very important.
Advice From Old Folks On How To Live Longer - I think even if you avoid streets filled with stray cats, the cats would still be able to smell you a mile away after handling fish all day.
I love all of these, Mark, but especially the tip at the end. I read it when it came out, but didn’t take the time then to comment. I had to fix that after rereading them today! ☺️
"The Fantasy Printer": Just for grins, ran down a list of some of my short stories (thanks, Medium!) and asked, Would I want to be in them? Start at the top: could be fun... probably not... no... OMG no... a world of NO... um, maybe... already was in that one, thank you, no... really, really no... oh I don't think so! SUMMARY: um, nope, not going printer shopping!
"Overpacker": Bit of random advice, do NOT compare a wife's packing habits to those of a former girlfriend or spouse. "Who would be stupid enough to do that?" Ummmm... <cough>
"Advice From Old Folks": Looking forward to future tidbits!
These old guys really know what they are talking about. Thanks, Henry -- best advice I have had in a long time! (Sure beats the advice I get over and over, which is "You need to go easy on that scotch, Sharron." As if. ) Nice writing, Mark.
Please send a bottle of this stuff; it's been approved by the FDA, yes?!

Okay, Mark, so I read this on Tuesday. Still made this old lady laugh! “Winner, winner, chicken dinner.” Thank you for an enjoyable post. 😁
Lol all of this made me giggle. And I need a good giggle right now as I battle wits and stubbornness with my new puppy 😓
"A Squeaky Morning": Oh yes! 😂

Fun stories Mark. I really like the Fantasy Printer one that was cool how you did that.
All of these stories are so much fun - such variety! And haha! The book title is hilarious. I’m going to keep an eye out for one of those printers...
can't wait for the book to be published. For now I'll stay away from cats after handling tuna. thanks for the tip
Ok I am so here for that book 😂
Another good set of stories. Where can I get one of those printers? I pack like you do as well. Thanks.
