Interesting concepts in this story, Mark, and not difficult to follow like some Substack sci-fi. I'm looking forward to the next.

Thanks, Sharron. I don't know enough science to make it hard to follow. 🤣

It's more sci-fi fantasy than hard sci-fi. Like Star Wars or Star Trek where they make up the (probably impossible) technology they need to tell the story.

This is a wild story, I wonder where it goes next week? But the concept of time travel to alter history is mind-bending.

Thanks, Kim. Imagine what you could do if you knew what was going to happen in the next few hundred years. Although you would be limited by the current technology.

Yes! I think I'd rather control some future outcome than the past. The past is already gone.

Right. And when you start changing the past, time-travel starts to unravel. Why not just go back a day earlier and change things again? So they have to come up with rules or circumstances to prevent that. 😉
