Scrivener Icons

I use icons a lot but never thought to use little faces! Where did you find these?

I found them on IconFinder.com. They were part of a premium set. I like to support creative people so I bought them. But there are lots of free icons also.

IconFinder and FlatIcon are my go-to sites when I'm searching for social media icons or just cool icons in general.

I used to love IconFactory way back when. But they went into UI design.

This almost makes me wish Scrivener would allow multiple icons for each sheet? I honestly never saw this vast potential of the Scrivener icons till now.

Yeah. I may group some in a illustration app to make an icon with two characters.

I thought of doing the same. Do share in the group what that looks like with screenshots. I'm wondering if Scrivener will shrink the image to accommodate or if they will leave it the same size and shift it over...

Scrivener scales the images to icon size. My originals were 512px by 512px. Side by side they would be too small. I tried a staggered pair, but it doesn't look good as an icon. I think we are stuck with a single icon.

That is so neat! And while it's very nice for your book, it would be priceless for a book with a bunch more characters.

Yeah. I agree. Every now and then I have a good idea. Then things go back to normal. 🤣
