If elected,
I will propose that every month have several particularly nice sunny days.
On those particularly nice sunny days, I will be constitutionally required to attend a baseball game and eat hot dogs while rooting for the home team until I have visited every state and attended a baseball game in each one.

Mr. President, you better get used to hearing that, in order to build solidarity between you and your staff, I highly suggest you make it mandatory that your cabinet attend these grass roots functions alongside you.
