Much better version of the Thanksgiving history and a better date. Up a state and not unusual to have a foot or more of snow back when I lived in that area 😜
Note from Canadian historian: most of the "Canadian" fur trappers were either English, French, Indigenous or some combination of same. Most of them didn't say "eh?" or play hockey- those both came later....
Food replicator? There's an app for that. Several, actually. Just select the food you want and the quantity, verify your location, approve electronic payment, and {WHOOSH} your food appears. In 30-60 minutes (replicators are currently slow). Due to safety concerns, the food appears on your front stoop to avoid materializing in awkward places.
Imma need a snap shot of that prediction paper please. I think you used your time travel capabilities, traveled back to 1976, wrote your predictions based on your knowledge of today, then left them in a box in the attic for you to find this year. Call me skeptical. All of your Thanksgiving recall sounds accurate though.

Thanks. I grew up in the Winter Wonderland of Michigan. Lots of snow.
Yes, I recall you heading to warmer climes while I went to colder complete with tail ends of hurricanes every year 👍
Thank you for the chuckles, Mark! 😂
Thank you, Jenise. Chuckles are good.
Future Predictions in 1976 - I want a food replicator too!
A Royal Decree - New fashion trend: Bird feathers!
History Is Wrong! • The First Thanksgiving - Fake Canadian fur trappers make the best historians.
JackH had a good response to the Food replicator. He says we already have them. Check out his response.
I am not a fan of feather clothes. 🤣
All history books should be written by fake Canadian fur trappers. 😉
Next in the series: A deep dive into the origins of the Turduckin. A profile of the genius who thought of this godly concoction.
I am sure will be riveting, and tasty. (I had to Google it... I had no clue.) 🤓
Yes, I know of these time travelers whom you speak....
Shhh! Keep it secret. Keep it safe. 😉

You are correct, Sir. It was partly humorous fiction. Time traveler like to embellish. 😉
Arrr I feel better now have dipped into your delicious humor :-)
Thank you, Kerrie. From one pirate to another. Arrr. 🤓
