Enjoyed “Some Powers Are Not So Super” — reminded me of the Larry Niven short story (which I could probably find in ten minutes, but sorry no) about logical outcomes of Superman’s powers that could never be mentioned in G-rated comics.
“The Money Launderer” was cute! I never knew (based on your response to Scott) that legitimate flights haul cash bricks around — I thought the guys would be on the run from the Mob, not the Feds.
Thanks. I would imagine superpowers have plenty of their own issues.
Yes, they used to fly bricks of new money on commercial flights. Since almost no one uses cash anymore, it might not be as common (this was about twenty years ago.) Two armored trucks would pull up to the belt loader. The guards would count and number each brick with a sharpie. And then watch the plane until it took off. Same deal on the other end. They were waiting.
Thanks Scott. The money story was inspired by my experience as an airline employee. I used to load “money flights” full of millions of dollars of money “bricks.”
I Wanted To Be A Painter - I think you need to Gogh back to art school.
Some Powers Are Not So Super - Good thing you’re a hero, otherwise you could use those super farts for evil!
The Money Launderer - Nice pun.
Arthur did a self portrait entitled Art. 😉 It’s all about the puns. 🤣
I'm currently watching a series about some money launderers who aren't as smart as Tony - In the Dark.
Very well written, etc.
Love your stories, Mark.
Most of them just don’t get it. 😉
Thanks, John.
What a clever guy, Tony! Thanks for the fun stories, Mark.
Thanks, Jenise. I am not sure if I would call Tony clever. Eccentric, maybe. But it worked in his favor. 😂
Always a joy to read your stories! I especially loved Tony and his clean money 😂😂 so clever!
Thanks, Claire. Tony loves his clean green. 😂

I enjoyed your stories, Mark - always a nice variety! 😀
Thanks, Justin. I love variety. And appreciate your comments. 😀
Some powers are not so super, indeed....
It's not all roses having superpowers. 🤣
Love your stories, I really liked the Painter ... and the guys finding the money in the plane.

Great story, Mark! Did Tony ever spend his money?
I put my money on no. He loves clean money too much to spend it. 🤣
Look forward to your stories, thankyou for sharing Mark. 😊
My pleasure. Thank you, Debbie. 🤓
Maybe you can still make Monet doing something else.
🤣 I love it! Maybe. I will have to easel into it, though.
Or…you could take a van, Gogh to an art store, and stock up on supplies.
I can do this all day. 🎨
You Rockwell! I give up!
Clever!
