I like Amelia! She reminds me of the "Downton Abby" staff — "We may be staff, but we know how the world is supposed to work, and if our 'betters' don't remember what that is we shall not hesitate to remind them."
I haven't watched Downton Abby in a few years, but I am sure it rubbed off on Amelia. I would say she is quite similar to the cook in Downtown Abby. Non-nonsense but also quite emotional.
