And we are off on another adventure! Cool! I will get the rest of these books at Amazon for a Xmas present for my nephew. (You asked about typos? I think it is hay bale. Also, El Gato Ciego if you meant to say Blind Cat) Nice work, Mark!

Thanks Sharron! I appreciate the typo catches. I think the stupid spell-check got me on hay bale. And obviously, my two years of High School Spanish were a waste. I spelled El Gato Ciego wrong in the first book also (I copy and pasted it from there.) 🤨😬 Which means I will be doing yet another revision of book one on Amazon. Aaargggh!

But that is the beauty of writing online. More eyes to catch things! Thanks again.

I made the changes. 🤓

Ah, well. Just the English teacher in me. I am retired from teaching, but can't change who I am. I ordinarily wouldn't dream of pointing out errors or typos - they are everywhere, including in my own work, but.... since you asked! I am enjoying your fantasies so much.

I am the same way. When I used to write regularly on Medium, we could highlight text and attach a private message. I would use them to point out typos or missing words. I normally wouldn't do that in a public comment. BUT I WANT YOU TO on this story. I am an expert at typos and leaving out words. So any help I can get is appreciated.

Slam me with my grammar "errors" also (just know that I intentionally give some pirates bad grammar. But I try no to get too Hollywood with it.) And make content suggestions. I may not heed your advice or take your suggestions every time, but you won't hurt my feelings. I welcome the help. My grammar knowledge basically consists of "Conjuction Junction what's your function..." 🤣

Thanks, Sharron.

Ha haha ha! Be careful what you ask for, my friend. I am a stickler for lie and lay and misuse of object pronouns.

If I knew what an object pronoun was, I would be scared. 🤣

When I first started writing online (Mac software reviews, way back when), an English professor ripped one of my reviews apart (in the comments) concerning the grammar. Justly so, I will add. So I asked him to check my reviews before I posted them. He graciously did so for a year and it was a real education.

I still can't tell you most of the grammar names for the parts of writing (other than the simple ones like noun and verb), but I think I can fake my way through writing anyway. 🤣

When I started posting fiction, it was like learning a new language when writers commented. I had no clue what a protagonist or prose was. 🤣

Too much lingo. Speak English! 🤣
