My surname isn't so most people don't know. But I'm three-quarters Icelandic in ancestry. Manitoba has one of the highest populations of Icelandic people outside of Iceland.
Nice. I am a typical American mutt. Mainly English, but also Dutch and Slovakian and some other European countries mixed in (I think.) My mother in law did some ancestry and said my family came over from England when the states were still Colonies and our sir name was Sterling. Which eventually morphed into Starlin. Who knows why?
Love this, Mark! 🎄
Thanks, Justin. Now I want it to snow. 🤣
Love, love, love this!
Thank you, Cyn. Quoting lyrics is one of my favorite things. 🤓🎄
Sweet! It IS the season! My favorite season because it means FAMILY and FUN! Darned cute, Mark!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! 😉🤓🤣

Thank you for the joy!!!
Quoting song lyrics is what I do. 🤣
I recently learned the bass part to Mele Kalikima. It is fun to play. I don’t think it is as well-known as other Christmas songs. But it is catchy.
Thanks.
Yes! Catchy. 🌺

As my ancestors say: Gledileg Jol!
Icelandic? (I Googled it.) How cool. I didn't know you were a viking.
Call me Rusty.
I'll call you a cab, instead. 🤣
Nicely done.
Thank you, David. Mele Kalikimaka! 🤓🎄
That is the funniest comeback ever!
You're the best!
Iron sharpens iron. I enjoy a witty sparing partner. 🤓
And to you, Mark.
I (almost) always love your posts.
🤣 I (almost) always love writing them. Thanks, John.
You too? It's everywhere I go!
Merry Christmas, John. 🤓
These wonderful things are the things
We remember all through our lives!🛷🔔
"May your days be merry and bright
And may all your Christmases be white.” 🎄🤓
Happens all the time. It's almost like a script.
Well, it is beginning to look a lot like Christmas. 🤓🎄
"Hey, is that Parson Brown in the meadow?"
"No, silly, It's a snowman."
“Good thing we’re already married.” 😉🤓
