Thanks for the help choosing a cover image. I decided to go with image #1. There were good arguments for the other two, but I felt like #1 captured the mood of the song best and would be the most eye-catching in the music services.
I uploaded the files yesterday, and surprisingly, it has already appeared on Amazon Music, Spotify, iTunes, and Apple Music. The rest of the music services should follow soon.
