Hey Everyone;
There are some big changes coming to Monday Morning Mark. Don’t worry, the Monday Morning Mark weekly/newsletter (email) you have been receiving will still arrive every Monday morning as usual.
However, I am changing the name of the newsletter website to Mark Starlin Writes!
Why? The Substack newsletter website now allows newsletters to contain “sections”, which are basically separate newsletters under one banner. I have created three sections. So a new name that represents all of the sections was in order.
The first section is Monday Morning Mark. It will house all issues of the Monday Morning Mark weekly (newsletter/email.)
The second section is Baron Britpop Blastfurnace. This section will serialize my first novel for free. Chapters will be sent out every other day until it is complete. This is my gift to all of you loyal readers. Coming soon.
The third section is called Elise Boissonneau. This section is chronicling the writing of the second Baron Britpop Blastfurnace novel, entitled Elise Boissonneau. A place where anyone interested can read work-in-progress chapters and offer suggestions, corrections, and thoughts. I will also post my thoughts on the creative process. I hope it will be an interactive and fun adventure.
Substack automatically subscribes you to all of the sections. But you can “unsubscribe” to sections you are not interested in by doing the following:
Click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email I send you, which will take you to your account page where you can choose what to subscribe to under “Email Notifications.”
Or you can access your Account directly from the Substack website and do the same.
You will still be able to access all of the sections on the website even if you unsubscribed to some of them. You simply won’t get emails from the sections you unsubscribe to.
I hope this isn’t too much of a hassle. But it will allow me to consolidate and only have to manage one newsletter website.
Thanks. See you Monday.
Mark
[catching up on emails after a week in the back of nowhere that had erratic Internet connection] This sounds interesting and gives you more flexibility, Mark. And makes it all easier, it sounds like, and that's always a good thing in general.
Love this so much!!!!
